Product Returns:

To initiate the return process, please submit a Support Request (click support request).

You will receive a confirmation email with all your return details.
To ensure we receive your return as soon as possible, please send it insured via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Returns must be accompanied by the completed return form received from our Returns department as described above. We cannot refund packages that are lost, so please use a method of shipment which provides tracking. Shipping Fees to be paid by Client not Tahl Organics LLC. Original Shipping fees are not refundable.
Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. A confirmation email will be sent and the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. The refund is immediately sent back to your bank, however, the timing of deposit back to your account is based on your bank.
Tahl Organics LLC offers our Customers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on all of its products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Partner Starter Kit orders and or sales tools can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase and will be assessed a 10% Restock fee as noted in our Partner Policies & Procedures. Personal products purchased through a Partner account have a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on all of its products within 30 days from the date of purchase, Sales tools and Starter Kits do not apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable on any product purchase, Starter Kit, or sales tools.
Tahl Organics LLC reserves the right to withhold the shipping charges from the refund if the shipping costs for the returned items were waived when the products were purchased through discounted shipping costs.
Missing Package, or says delivered but you didn't receive it? As soon as possible email Tahl Organics LLC, and we will handle all inquires about missing or damaged packages, a replacement will be sent out immediately if this is a remedy.
Missing an item? Not the product you ordered or did you receive a damaged product? Within 7 days of receipt submit a Support Request with your order number to have your product replaced.
If an order was placed accidentally or a mistake was made contact support here and an offer code will be sent to you to use at your next purchase as long as the order has not been shipped. All orders usually ship the next business day.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Once the order is processed and shipped, you will immediately receive an email with the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Orders, including APO/FPO: We do not ship on any holidays observed by the UPS.
International Orders: Once you have chosen a delivery carrier, we ship on all days they are open.
The United States of America - Including APO/FPO addresses
All Orders ship free within the USA.
All orders ship UPS: 4-6 business days based on UPS estimated processing times.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with all shipment and tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we have no way of calculating any customs fees, taxes, or charges that may apply to your order. Tahl Organics LLC is not responsible for those charges.
All shipping options, calculations, and estimated times are displayed in the shipping section of your order prior to the order being submitted. You will be able to choose which shipping option you prefer best.
Time in transit does NOT include any time it takes for Customs to release the order.

Damages and Returns
In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods, please reach out to us at TahlOrganics@outlook.com immediately. We ask you to provide the following information: your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product. If the product is deemed damaged and/or defective by treadbeauty.com, we will happily send you a replacement item of the same style as soon as possible. Please note, in order to receive a replacement, you must send us the required information within 20 days of product receipt. To keep things fair for everyone, we are firm on this policy.
Privacy & Safety
Tahl Organics LLC is committed to the safety of our children. Persons under the age of 18 may not enroll as Tahl Organics LLC Partners or register as Preferred Customers. Children under the age of 13 may not purchase products through any of our Websites. Tahl Organics LLC does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

We cannot and do not assure that other users are or will be complying with the foregoing Rules of Conduct or any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, and, as between you and us, you hereby assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance.

Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
